Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

As the EPMO function has expanded its services globally there is a need to continue to grow and bring in new talent to help drive the team forwards and ensure we have global coverage. With a variety of projects being undertaken within the EPMO there is a need for a Graduate Project Manager to come in to support other Project Managers and run some smaller initiatives where required. 

Primary duties will include: 

  • Assisting in the management and delivery of projects to ensure they fall within the agreed scope and budget.
  • Liaising with team members and management to establish project roadmaps.
  • Pulling together and maintaining project documentation using a variety of project tools.
  • Planning and managing resource allocation with other competing priorities.
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
  • Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.
  • Preparing presentations to update senior team members on project progress and showcasing a project's value.
  • Delegating tasks to team members where required.
  • Working with senior management to continually improve current processes.
  • Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.
