About Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing exhibit projects according to established schedules, deadlines, and budgets. This role coordinates internal production teams and thirdparty vendors, secures required resources, and ensures projects are delivered according to plan. This person defines project objectives and oversees quality control throughout the production lifecycle to ensure each project meets specifications and company standards.

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage multiple exhibit projects to ensure quality and timely completion.

· Oversee projects from initial planning through final execution.

· Review designs and concepts to prepare cost estimates and profit projections.

· Provide solutions to ensure safe, functional, and well-engineered exhibit structures.

· Ensure all projects meet company standards, specifications, and objectives.

· Coordinate with department managers to create production schedules and assign responsibilities.

· Work with the purchasing team and vendors to procure materials and provide necessary specifications.

· Maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams, clients, and vendors.

· Monitor project scope, timelines, costs, and risks to ensure successful delivery.

· Supervise exhibit installation and teardown at trade shows and event venues when required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • At least three years of related experience in trade show fabrication.

  • Construction management experience required.

  • Proficient with CAD or related software.

  • Exhibit booth building experience

  • Estimating and budget experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
