WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This position acts as the primary resource for developing, analyzing, and supporting compliant pricing strategies by interpreting regulatory requirements, evaluating cost and pricing data, supporting proposal preparation and negotiations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and adherence to contractual and federal guidelines and will provide compliance focused advisory and operational support, serving as a designated point of contact for government contract and pricing related matters, including government price reporting, transparency reporting, and state licensing activities.
YOUR ROLE
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain compliant pricing strategies, reports, policies, SOPs. procedures, and workflows related to government pricing, transparency reporting, licensing, and compliance frameworks in accordance with federal and state regulations and contractual requirements
  • Interpret and apply regulatory guidance including FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific pricing rules, FSS, PHS, CMS, DLA, SPTR, PDMA, AMP, BP, FCP, IFF, NFAMP, URA and other applicable federal and state agency requirements
  • Prepare, review, and validate cost and price proposals for new business, renewals, modifications, documentation, data, and submissions supporting government pricing programs, transparency reporting, licensing, and compliance activities; responsible for State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR)
  • Conduct cost and price analyses to support competitive positioning, compliance, and strategic pricing; create pricing models and provide recommendations to Guerbet
  • Evaluate historical pricing, cost structures, and rate developments to support pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with finance, contracts, legal, and program teams to ensure accurate and complete submissions
  • Support negotiations with government customers by developing pricing arguments and documentation and by facilitating collection of documents, data, and background materials required for compliance reviews, audits, contract negotiations, and federal interactions; prepare, submit, and negotiate solicitations with Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) for the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and others at the direction of direct manage; maintain relationship with DVA including overseeing completion of modifications, 5-year solicitation, OIG Audit and annual contract review (ACR).
  • Maintain pricing models, cost build-ups, and supporting schedules and support government pricing analytics and reporting as applicable
  • Ensure consistency between pricing proposals, budgets, and internal financial data
  • Support audits, fact-finding, and data requests from government agencies
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts to pricing practices and policies
  • Document assumptions, methodologies, and compliance justifications
  • Assess pricing risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support rate development and approval processes
  • Provide leadership with insights on pricing trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Review existing policies and operational workflows related to pricing, contract administration, government reporting, and third party oversight
  • Recommend enhancements to strengthen compliance controls, audit readiness, process efficiency, and cross functional clarity
  • Draft or revise policy and procedural documents as needed, ensuring consistency with applicable laws, industry standards, and internal guidelines
  • Act as primary liaison/POC between the company and third-party vendors supporting government pricing, analytics, state licensing, and transparency reporting
  • Serve as a communication and coordination hub across internal stakeholders for related matters and support cross departmental alignment on compliance impacted activities, ensuring that policy updates and regulatory requirements are communicated, understood, and implemented consistently.
  • Support internal discussion and strategy related to Pricing Committee reviews, customer payments, rebates, chargebacks, and related activities
  • Evaluate documentation related to contract negotiations, pricing decisions, and audit responses for accuracy and alignment with policy and regulatory standards
  • Monitor compliance sensitive activities such as government price reporting, state licensing renewals, and transparency filings; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Offer ongoing recommendations to improve contract monitoring, fee validation, pricing documentation, and compliance governance
  • Ensure transparency, traceability, and accuracy of all pricing data and assumptions
  • Requires successful completion of assigned training
  • Other functions as assigned by Direct Manager

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, cost analysis, finance, or government contracting required
  • Experience developing cost and price proposals for government customers required
  • Experience with government pricing programs and reporting required
  • Working knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS) required
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience with contracts preferred
  • Experience supporting government negotiations, audits, or fact-finding activities preferred
  • Experience working in regulated or government contracting environments preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel, including financial modeling preferred
  • Experience with state price transparency reporting and/or wholesaler/distributor licensing compliance preferred
  • Experience managing or coordinating third-party vendors/service providers supporting pricing analytics, reporting, licensing, or compliance preferred
  • Familiarity with pricing/contracting and analytics systems preferred
  • Ability to interpret regulations and translate requirements into pricing strategies
