Duration: 12 Months (Part time, 20 Hrs/Week)
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $50.00 - $60.00 Per Hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (Contractor) to join our Sales Enablement Technology & Readiness team. The role involves technical program management combined with enablement execution, focusing on delivering high-quality training, content, and readiness programs for sales teams. The successful candidate will lead technical initiatives and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective development, scheduling, and facilitation of enablement content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical programs and initiatives to support sales enablement efforts.
  • Partner with internal teams for content development, training design, and facilitation needs.
  • Coordinate training schedules, including instructor-led sessions and workshops.
  • Create and maintain engaging ILT materials, primarily using Google Slides.
  • Work cross-functionally to define scope, timelines, and dependencies, and support change management for successful tool and process rollout.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in Technical Program or Project Management.
  • Experience creating and facilitating instructor-led training materials.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Industry Experience Required:

  • Experience supporting sales enablement or go-to-market teams is preferred.
  • Background in facilitation or training delivery and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet is advantageous.
