Job description

The Arizona Center for Judaic Studies at the University ofArizona seeks an adjunct instructor to provide part-time instruction for Judaic Studies majorand minor students, and all interested UA students, for the 2026-2027 Academic Term, contingent upon the availabilityof funding and enrollments.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Instruct undergraduate students in their field of expertise.
  • Plan class lectures and assignments.
  • Grade assigned papers and exams.
  • Hold regular office hours.
  • Assign grades to students based on their performance in class assignments and exams.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Administer the Hebrew Program within the Arizona Center for Judaic Studies.
