Job Description
Hand in Hand Residential Facility operates multiple Group Homes in the southwest valley that care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our caregivers provide care to our members ranging from basic household tasks to accompanying the members to their doctors appointment.

Past caregiving experience is a plus but it is not required! With ambitions of expanding, we are eager to build a team of good-hearted people who enjoy caring for others.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- dressing members

- feeding members

- completing basic household chores

- coordinating grocery deliveries

- transporting members to doctors appointments

- providing emotional support & companionship

REQUIREMENTS

- ability to maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

- ability to maintain a valid Drivers License

Duties:

Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
Charting or taking notes for others to review
Providing companionship and supportive listening
Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
Feeding clients
Maintaining patient’s health equipment
Responding to emergency situations
Administering medication
Transporting client to appointments
Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
