Health Atlast is a multi-specialty healthcare clinic offering chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and medical services. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to own lead follow-up, patient acquisition, and CRM execution using GoHighLevel (GHL).
This is a results-driven role. You are accountable for converting inquiries into booked and kept appointments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all inbound leads (calls, forms, ads, social, referrals)
  • Execute same-day follow-up via phone, SMS, and email
  • Convert leads into scheduled evaluations and care plans
  • Manage lead pipelines, tags, and automations in GoHighLevel
  • Reactivate inactive and past patients
  • Monitor and respond to Instagram, Facebook, Google messages and comments
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and referral initiatives
  • Generate and manage Google reviews using CRM workflows
  • Track and report KPIs: response time, booking rate, show rate, conversions
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (required)

  • Sales, patient coordinator, or marketing experience in healthcare or service-based business
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up driven
  • Comfortable handling objections and closing appointments
Preferred Experience
  • Chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, or wellness clinic experience
  • Familiarity with PI, Workers’ Compensation, Medicare, and cash services
  • Experience managing high-volume lead flow and social media inboxes
