About the job

Our team supports Google Health and Fitbit across product, research, and commercial partnerships. We believe health data shouldn’t live in silos; instead, we partner with the world's leading fitness apps, clinical institutions, and medical record networks to bring a user’s complete health story into one secure place. By establishing first-of-a-kind brand collaborations and commercial distribution pathways, we place our hardware and services where wellness-minded consumers are already active. Through deep, bi-directional integrations across wearables and clinical platforms, we provide the foundational data layer enabling personalized, evidence-based guidance.

The boundaries of this space are not yet written, and we are energized by the challenge of figuring out the models that will define the future of consumer health. We are looking for builders who can navigate technical landscapes, negotiate large commercial partnerships, and help scale a platform that helps millions live healthier lives!

As the Head of Health Enterprise Partnerships, you will be the strategic architect and commercial leader scaling Google's Health business through the enterprise channel. You will lead distribution strategy for Fitbit devices and Personal Health Coach, driving incremental business through broad enterprise adoption. In this role, you will navigate a complex, highly regulated healthcare ecosystem. You will define the commercial playbook and lead C-suite negotiations across players in the enterprise space, coming up with innovative ways to partner, co-developing solutions that address distinct segments.

You will initially operate as an autonomous executive individual contributor to evaluate market feasibility and establish a distribution strategy. Once the blueprint is proven, you will build and lead a dedicated partnerships team to execute and scale the business.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
