How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Directed scope, schedule, and budget for healthcare capital projects across planning, design, bid management, and construction.
  • Tracked real-time performance using earned value, budget burn, percent complete, and effort forecasting to optimize project delivery within constraints.
  • Ensured strict adherence to healthcare safety codes, regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and national construction frameworks.
  • Implemented robust quality assurance protocols and warranty management to maintain high-quality work and operational safety across facility renovations.
  • Coordinated cross-functional teams, architects, engineers, and hospital staff to align strategic goals, define roles, and meet project timelines.
What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Licensed Construction Professional preferred. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
  • Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking

Low voltage experience is strongly preferred.
