Job Summary:

The Associate Product Manager will support the end-to-end management of assigned product lines, ensuring strong operational execution, cross-functional alignment, and continuous product improvement. This role is responsible for monitoring product performance, supporting post-market activities, and driving enhancement initiatives while partnering closely with internal stakeholders. Additionally, the Associate Product Manager will contribute to market research and competitive analysis to help identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.

Responsibilities:

Product management:

  • Support ongoing management of two assigned product lines, ensuring operational continuity and responsiveness to business needs
  • Monitor product performance metrics (e.g., utilization, customer feedback, issues) and escalate risks or opportunities
  • Support post-market activities such as field feedback tracking, complaint trending, and improvement initiatives

Cross functional collaboration:

  • Take lead to coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Commercial) to ensure alignment and timely execution on product enhancement projects such as cybersecurity, quality, and reliability projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, track progress against milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership

Market research and development

  • Support market research activities, including customer interviews, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to drive execution
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, regulatory, quality, marketing, commercial)
  • Clear and professional communication across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Structured problem-solving approach with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and escalate appropriately

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to [25โ€“50] pounds as required
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written communication.
  • Ability to occasionally move about the office to access meetings or resources.
