Our company oversees a family of brands in the taxi/rideshare space across Southern California. With the advent of rideshare companies like Uber and Lyft, for-hire ground transportation is rapidly changing. Our dedicated team is putting forth innovative business models that are making a mark in the transportation space.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from ideation, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance.
  • Manage project goals and tasks, ensuring projects and development sprints hit target deadlines.
  • Do product and user testing; gathering insights and proposing idea for improvements.
  • Build out and optimize systems across departments for streamlining business operations.
  • Conduct data-driven research for marketing, sales, and other departments.
  • Draft and deliver product/business development proposals and presentations.
  • Create detailed reports that highlight trends and problem areas.
  • Propose novel technical solutions and strategies to business challenges.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of two years of related professional experience.
  • Excellent communication, written skills, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills. Applies a detail-oriented approach, ensuring a top quality product.
  • Tech savvy with Google Suite and popular SaaS platforms. UX/UI design skills are a plus.
  • A genuine passion for making outstanding products that users love.
  • Passion for our vision of building more efficient urban transportation solutions.
