We are seeking a Certified Google Workspace Administrator to support a critical Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Google Workspace administration, platform engineering, and security, along with hands-on experience integrating enterprise identity and collaboration systems.

This role will focus on administration, integration, and operational execution of Google Workspace environments, while collaborating with engineering and security teams to support enterprise-scale user and system migrations.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working with large datasets, transforming data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Google Workspace environments, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
  • Support M&A integration efforts, including user migrations, system integrations, and identity management.
  • Utilize Google APIs and scripting to automate administrative and operational tasks.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices within Google Workspace.
  • Integrate identity and access management systems, including Okta where applicable.
  • Work closely with platform engineering, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
  • Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues across collaboration platforms.
  • Document configurations, processes, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Required Skills
  • Google Workspace Administrator Certification (Required)
  • 5+ years of experience in Google Workspace administration

  • Hands-on experience with Google APIs, Google Workspace, and GCP
  • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell or similar)
