We’re seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to bring energy, leadership, and a passion for exceptional food to our vibrant Dallas, TX restaurant group. If you’re excited by hands-on cooking, leading from the line, and delivering memorable dining experiences through elevated cuisine, this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality execution
  • Work directly on the line during service and lead by example in a hands-on capacity
  • Support the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations, prep organization, and service execution
  • Ensure consistency, timing, and plating standards during high-volume service
  • Oversee inventory, ordering support, and kitchen organization
  • Maintain food cost awareness, waste control, and proper product utilization

Sous Chef Requirements:


  • 2–5+ years of Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Lead experience in an upscale or elevated restaurant
  • Experience in chef-driven or independent restaurant groups strongly preferred
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the line during service
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, prep systems, and service flow
  • Ability to stay calm and effective during high-volume, high-pressure service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
