Title of Position: Restaurant Purchasing Manager


Job Responsibilities: The Restaurant Purchasing Manager manages and directs daily food and beverage purchases to obtain the best products at the best pricing, reviews contracts, obtains rebates, maintains positive vendor relations, and develops and tests new menu items. The Restaurant Purchasing Manager must develop new menu items as well as evaluate and upgrade current menu offerings as needed. Develop new items that will have widespread appeal, as well as be profitable items for the company.
