General Manager – New Restaurant Opening | Charleston, SC | Growing Restaurant Group

We are partnering with a fast-growing, high-energy restaurant group in Charleston that is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead an exciting new restaurant opening. This is a unique opportunity to be part of launching a new concept and building a team and culture from the ground up while joining a company experiencing strong growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational instincts, a positive and energetic presence, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences while driving team culture and business results. Experience with openings, team building, and creating structure in fast-paced environments is highly valued.


What’s Offered:

  • Base Salary: $85K–$90K w/ bonus to bring you to $110K to $120K
  • Bonus: 5% of restaurant profits ($30K to $40K)
  • Health Benefits: Company pays 100% of health insurance premiums, including full family coverage

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager
  • New opening experience a plus
  • Proven stability and strong tenure in previous roles
  • High-volume restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including P&L ownership
  • Proven success developing, mentoring, and leading teams
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to build culture, create structure, and drive results
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence and visibility
