Job description

Position Overview

The CRM Specialist & Coach teaches CRM architecture, workflows, and automation for a portfolio of fractional revenue clients, and personally coaches client teams on how to use their CRM to run their business. This is a hands-on build role and a client-facing advisory role in the same person.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain CRM setups (pipelines, stages, fields, workflows, and automations) tailored to each client's sales process.
  • Audit existing client CRMs to identify data hygiene issues, broken automations, and workflow gaps, then remediate them.
  • Lead recurring client office hours and 1:1 sessions coaching client teams on CRM usage, adoption, and best practices.
  • Document standard operating procedures and quick-reference guides clients can use.
  • Stay current on major CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive) relevant to the client base.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years hands-on CRM administration/implementation experience across at least one major platform.
  • Demonstrated experience training or coaching non-technical users, not just building for technical ones.
  • Strong grasp of sales pipeline logic, lead scoring, and marketing/sales handoff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable leading a live client session.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience across multiple CRM platforms.
  • Background in an agency or consulting environment serving multiple clients concurrently.
  • CRM platform certifications (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).
What We Look For in Every Client-Facing Expert
  • Think Bigger Mindset — approaches every client problem by asking 'what would 10x better look like?' rather than settling for marginal fixes.
  • Service-Minded — treats every client interaction as a chance to build trust; follows through without being chased.
  • Clear Communicator — translates technical or strategic detail into language a business owner can act on, in writing and live sessions, Coach, Not Just Doer — comfortable teaching a client how to run a process by doing it alongside the client and not for them.
