Job description

Relay Autos is a fast-growing automotive software company helping car dealerships and individual salespeople sell more vehicles through automation and Facebook Marketplace lead generation. Our platform automatically posts inventory, rotates listings across zip codes, responds to buyers in under 10 seconds with AI, and books appointments. Our clients never miss a sale.

We're hiring experienced SALES CLOSERS. (LOCAL TO LOS ANGELES AREA IS PREFERRED)

You'll be taking pre-qualified appointments directly from your calendar and closing two types of buyers:

  • Dealership decision-makers — owners, GMs, and sales managers buying for the dealership
  • Individual car salespeople — reps buying Relay to generate their own personal leads and outsell their floor

It's roughly a 50/50 split between the two. We provide the leads. Your job is to run a strong sales process, handle objections, and close deals consistently.

This is a high-performance role for serious closers only.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking scheduled Zoom demos with warm, pre-qualified leads
  • Running phone discovery calls with warm leads
  • Creating opportunities by cold calls (cold leads provided) and self outreach.
  • Identifying pain points and positioning Relay as the clear solution
  • Handling objections confidently and controlling the sales process
  • Closing deals in 1–2 call sales cycles whenever possible
  • Maintaining accurate CRM notes and pipeline management
  • Working directly with leadership to refine close rates and sales strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales, SaaS sales, automotive sales, or closing roles
  • Strong objection handling and conversational control on both Zoom and phone
  • Confident, persuasive communication skills
  • Competitive mindset and extreme personal accountability
  • Ability to work independently with a high sense of self-agency.
    Ability to work Monday-Friday.
  • Comfortable in a commission-driven performance culture
  • CRM experience preferred (GoHighLevel / ChatterPy a plus)
  • Automotive dealership or auto sales experience is a major plus

Compensation & Opportunity

  • Warm, pre-qualified inbound leads provided
  • Commission-based role with uncapped earnings
  • Month 1 cash commission + recurring residuals on every active client
  • Fast sales cycles (1–3 call closes typical)
  • Leadership and team-lead opportunities available as we scale

This is not an entry-level sales position.

We're looking for full stack sales reps who know how to control a sales call, create new opportunity, create urgency, handle objections, and drive decisions. Expected close rate on qualified demos is 25%+.

If you're highly competitive, confident on both Zoom and the phone, and motivated by performance-based income — apply now.

Company Description

Relay Autos was founded on one belief: Only the best is good enough. Dealerships deserve enterprise-grade tools that actually work. Not Chrome Extensions, or repackaged white-labels. Real infrastructure, true automation, with results that speak for themselves.
