Purpose of Role
We are seeking a Lead Analyst, ADP Workforce Management & Benefits to lead the design, optimization, and delivery of payroll, absence management via workforce manager and benefits solutions across the enterprise. This role will function as a strategic partner to HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of timekeeping, scheduling, absence management, global payroll integration, and benefits configuration.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in ADP, Workforce Manager (including Celegro) and Benefits Configuration, with strong business analysis, systems integration, and global process knowledge.

The Lead Analyst will play a critical role in advancing our HR technology landscape by optimizing ADP payroll, ADP Globalview (including Celegro), and Benefits solutions, which integrate with SAP SuccessFactors as our system of record.
This role will drive operational excellence across global workforce management, payroll integration, and absence management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across regions.
Your Impact
Systems Ownership & Strategy
  • Serve as the functional lead for Payroll, Absence Mgmt. SME for ADP and ADP Workforce Manager- Globalview (including Celegro) and Benefits, ensuring alignment with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Drive strategic roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of system enhancements aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure alignment across HRIS, payroll, and workforce systems in a complex ecosystem.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and COEs to deliver integrated, scalable, and compliant solutions.
  • Lead governance, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Workforce Manager & Celegro Optimization
  • Own configuration and optimization of timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management, leveraging advanced Celegro capabilities.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of workforce data between ADP and SuccessFactors.
  • Apply deep knowledge of global absence policies, accrual frameworks, and regional compliance requirements.

Global Payroll Integration
  • Partner with payroll teams locally and globally to ensure seamless flow of workforce data into payroll processes.
  • Support multi-country payroll requirements, including alignment of time, absence, and pay rules.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems to ensure end-to-end data integrity.

Benefits Administration Excellence
  • Partner with the benefits and payroll teams to ensure accurate deductions and plan configurations.
  • Deliver successful testing, readiness, and issue resolution across platforms.

Integration & Data Management
  • Partner with IT to ensure seamless integrations between SuccessFactors, ADP, Payroll, and external vendors.
  • Maintain high data quality standards and ensure consistent system alignment.
  • Support IT on creating and testing file feeds, APIs, and middleware processes.

Delivery, Testing & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead requirements definition, solution design, and test execution across releases.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and enhance HR processes.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to improving workforce and benefits operations.

Reporting & Insights
  • Configure dashboards and reporting for workforce, payroll, absence management within ADP.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in HR systems, workforce management, and/or benefits.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP Globalview including Celegro.
  • Proven experience supporting global payroll environments and integrations.
  • Deep expertise in global absence management policies and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) in an integrated landscape.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate across global, complex HR technology ecosystems.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in cross-system integration and data flows (SuccessFactors ↔ ADP ↔ Payroll)
  • Passion for driving automation and improving employee experience.

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQ office.
  • Work Schedule: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our corporate headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, as periodic on-site attendance may be required.

Base Compensation
$110,000.00-$150,000.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
