• Transform manual, fragmented HR processes into scalable automated solutions.
• Serve as the executive advisor to HR leadership on HR technology strategy, digital transformation, and workforce technology trends.
• Personally lead configuration decisions, testing, process design, and system optimization when needed.
• Develop business cases and technology roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Partner with IT, Payroll, Finance, Security, Legal, and business leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build strong relationships with implementation partners while holding vendors accountable for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.

• Ensure data governance, security, compliance, reporting accuracy, and system integrity across HR platforms.
• Lead and develop the HRIS team while fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise HR technology transformations and large-scale implementations.
• Experience supporting global HR technology initiatives across multiple countries.
• Proven success moving organizations from manual processes to automated, scalable solutions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing external implementation partners and technology vendors.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining deeply engaged in execution.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience implementing AI-enabled HR solutions and employee self-service capabilities.
• Experience integrating HRIS with ATS, Payroll, LMS, Identity Management, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience building HR technology roadmaps following mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transformation.
Core Competencies
• Transformation Leadership
• Strategic Agility

What Success Looks Like in Your First 12-18 Months
• Establish a clear multi-year HR technology roadmap.
• Improve Dayforce adoption and user experience.
• Reduce manual processes through automation.
• Launch practical AI-enabled employee self-service capabilities.
• Strengthen cross-functional partnerships and vendor performance.
• Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, data quality, and employee experience.
