Job description

Summary

As a Senior People Development Partner, this Individual Contributor will play a critical role in driving the success of employee development by facilitating and managing innovative learning strategies for manager and director audiences. This role requires a dual focus: you will be both the primary facilitator of manager programs and the day-to-day program owner for comprehensive management development. Your ownership extends beyond formal structured programs to encompass a holistic portfolio of management development initiatives, acting as the operator, designer, facilitator, and steward of the program portfolio. By incorporating AI into the design process and our management development solutions, you will ensure our learning methods are progressive, enhance leadership capabilities, champion Inclusion, and align with Workiva's strategic goals

What You'll Do

  • Program Ownership & Management: Serve as the day-to-day owner of the management learning program portfolio, managing end-to-end operational execution, program and content design, content maintenance, logistics, and delivery. Manage promotional messaging, communication schedules, and learning transfer activities (such as pre- and post-session communications) to drive enrollment and awareness

  • Facilitation & Coaching: Deliver and facilitate in-person and virtual learning programs for managers up to Senior Directors, primarily in the US and Canada, with the possibility of delivering in EMEA and APAC occasionally. Flexibly adjust content and pacing in real-time based on learner comprehension and live insights. Provide personalized guidance, support, and coaching to managers and directors to enhance effectiveness

  • Content Governance & AI Integration: Curate and vet internal and external content, oversee regular content reviews with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and maintain associated materials to ensure alignment with business changes. Must be highly comfortable using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and weaving AI directly into the course content to keep the curriculum modern and progressive

  • Innovative Program Design (AI-Enhanced): Methodically and strategically enhance the programs you are responsible for through iterative design to meet business needs. Contribute to the design and development of learning programs by systematically planning and structuring learning experiences. Actively incorporate AI into the instructional design process-using it as an analytical and creative accelerator to ideate, analyze learner needs, and build instructional materials-and design AI-enabled management development solutions to meet the evolving needs of the organization

  • Needs Analysis & Program Evaluation: Engage with business leadership to understand skill gap realities within the manager population to inform design strategy of manager programs. Facilitate the evaluation of program effectiveness by analyzing live learner insights, capturing real-time qualitative data, monitoring operations dashboards, and presenting measurable outcomes to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement

  • Expert Program Management and Change Leadership: Proven ability to strategically plan, coordinate, and execute a portfolio of related projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, coupled with change leadership skills to balance collaboration with results
