Job description

If you have experience working with enterprise HR/ERP systems, enjoy solving complex data and system challenges, and want to play a key role in a large-scale HR transformation – we would love to hear from you!

DOVISTA is now looking for a Systems Consultant – Oracle HCM to join the Digital Business Solutions team. In this role, you will be a key contributor in the implementation of Oracle HCM and take long-term responsibility for configuring, supporting, and optimizing the system in a global organization.

Your daily work

As a Systems Consultant for Oracle HCM, you will support the initial implementation and then take ownership of the system’s ongoing development, configuration, and stability. The role combines strategic responsibility with hands‑on technical work, where data, integrations, and system logic are central.

You will work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors across multiple countries, ensuring high data quality, stable integrations, and continuous system improvements. After go‑live, you will play a key role in upgrades, releases, testing, and optimization of the Oracle HCM platform.

Your responsibilities include
  • Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules in line with business and HR requirements
  • Troubleshoot system and data‑related issues, including performance and data consistency
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts
  • Support and monitor integrations between Oracle HCM and surrounding systems
  • Act as a key driver for system improvements, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and external vendors
  • Support system upgrades, manage testing cycles, and coordinate releases
  • Ensure high data quality, governance, and structured documentation
  • Provide support to local and international stakeholders, ensuring efficient issue resolution
This is what you will contribute with
  • Experience working with large enterprise HR/ERP systems (e.g. Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP, Dynamics)
  • Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational databases and data structures
  • Experience with HR/ERP reporting and data extraction tools
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system logic
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Preferred experience & qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM (Cloud or E‑Business Suite)
  • Experience from global HR/ERP implementations in international organizations
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, file‑based loads, data flows)
  • Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher
  • Experience with data migration or data quality initiatives
Who are you?

You are analytical, structured, and quality‑focused, with a strong service mindset. You enjoy working at the intersection of HR, IT, and data, and you take pride in creating stable, scalable, and well‑functioning system solutions. You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership in a complex system landscape.
