Location: Hybrid, NYC based 

We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Global Education and Events to help bring the rhode brand and product experience to life through engaging, scalable education. Reporting to the Senior Global Manager, Field, Education & Events, this role will partner cross-functionally to develop best-in-class educational content and experiences that empower retail partners, global markets, and internal teams to confidently represent rhode around the world. This role will also support education initiatives connected to key brand moments, retail activations, and events.


What You'll Do Education Strategy & Program Development
  • Support the execution of rhode’s global education strategy by developing scalable programs that support product launches, retail initiatives, and international growth.

  • Create and maintain education tools and resources that deliver a consistent brand and product experience across markets.

  • Identify opportunities to evolve education through innovative formats, tools, and approaches.

Product Launch & Education Content
  • Support the development of education for product launches, translating product, ingredient, and brand information into engaging materials, selling tools, and launch resources.

  • Partner with Creative and Product Marketing to develop visually compelling education that reflects rhode’s brand voice and product positioning.

  • Manage education timelines to ensure materials are delivered in alignment with key launch milestones.

Field & Retail Support
  • Partner with the Global Field team to support education initiatives, retail execution, and key brand moments across global markets.

  • Support the planning and execution of field conferences, including Sephora Store Manager Conference, training, and other education events.

  • Support the planning and execution of gratis programs for product launches, education initiatives, and retail activations.

  • Gather insights and feedback from the field to inform education content, improve programs, and identify opportunities for innovation.

Global Partnerships & Education
  • Partner with international markets, retail partners, and distributors to deliver education that supports successful launches and ongoing business needs.

  • Adapt global education materials for regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Gather feedback from the field to continuously improve education programs and experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Development, Creative, Commercial, Retail, Field and Customer Experience teams to bring education to life throughout the product launch lifecycle.

  • Measure the effectiveness of education programs and apply insights to improve content, delivery, and the overall experience.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience in education, learning and development, retail education, product education, or training within beauty or skincare

  • Experience working with prestige retail partners, including Sephora, is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Sephora education programs, learning platforms, and retail training tools is strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting global education initiatives or international markets is preferred.

  • Experience developing engaging education content across digital and in-person formats.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.

  • Ability to travel as needed and maintain flexibility to collaborate effectively across international markets and global time zones.

Other Details For Consideration
  • Reporting to Senior Global Manager, Field, Education & Events 
  • Location of position: preferably NYC based
  • Hybrid schedule: willing to travel to our HQ in Beverly Hills regularly and other locations when needed. 
  • Compensation: $85K-100K
The base salary range for this role is listed above. 
 
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
