Global Client Partner/Account Manager -The Global Leader in E-commerce and Cloud Infrastructure
Company Background
Virtusa is a global digital engineering powerhouse that doesn't just provide talent-we engineer the future from the inside out. With a deep product engineering DNA and our proprietary Helio (GenAI) ecosystem, we provide the "Engineering Quotient" that enables the world's most disruptive companies to remain perpetually at "Day 1." Partnering with the Global 2000, we blend consulting, design, and high-velocity engineering to solve the toughest technology challenges. For our Hitech account's partnership, we operate as a high-bandwidth extension of their innovation engine.
Summary of Position
As the Global Client Partner, you will be the "face" of Virtusa's sell-to relationship with the account family. This is a high-impact, practitioner-led sales role focused on identifying "unarticulated needs" within the hitech accounts Professional Services (ProServ), Product Teams and its Global Brands . Your mission is to deploy Virtusa's Consult, Design, Engineer & Automate framework to help HiTech account scale faster, more profitably and more sustainably by reducing friction in the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), and by making experiences better with technology and GenAI-driven capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Practitioner-Led Growth: Lead and position Virtusa's engineering pods as a seamless, high-velocity extension of Hitech account's "Two-Pizza Teams."
  • Strategic Hunting & Expansion: Target buying centers within Hitech Account's Product teams and subsidiaries to solve high-friction bottlenecks in their engineering roadmaps.
  • AI-First Transformation: Leverage Virtusa's Helio GenAI platform to integrate production-scale AI into account's internal product lifecycles and global IT transformations.
  • Outcome-Based Leadership: Shift the conversation from "staffing" to "ownership," building a multi-million dollar portfolio of outcome-based engineering engagements.
  • The "Working Backwards" Approach: Champion the accounts culture within Virtusa, ensuring all proposals and solutions start with the customer outcome and business value, then work backward to the technology.
Qualifications
  • 15+ Years of Experience: Proven success in Digital Engineering or Professional Services. A significant portion of this must be spent either within the within the Hitech ecosystem or successfully selling complex engineering services to them.
  • HiTech DNA: You are "bi-lingual"-equally fluent in PR/FAQs and Leadership Principles as you are in microservices orchestration and serverless design.
  • High-Velocity Network: You possess an existing "map" of the Hitech account landscape, with established trust among SDE Directors, Product VPs, and TPMs.
  • Technical Earnestness: You don't just sell; you understand the nuances of the Well-Architected Framework and how to apply it at a global, account level.
  • GenAI Proficiency: Ability to articulate the value of LLMOps and GenAI integration within a modern CI/CD pipeline.
