Job description

In this role, you'll lead communications and strategy with both clients and partners. You will build and manage relationships with accounts and customers and drive alignment around the client's business, account strategies, and objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Own the business review and account plan for each client within the portfolio

  • Lead client retention by developing strategic business growth plans guided by new opportunities in the client's vertical market, and supplier and industry trends.

  • Design and deliver strategies to deliver on travel program spend, technology roadmap, and commercial contract negotiation

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs, including reviewing company news, and proactively recommend adjustments for the business account plan

  • Use travel industry insights to find opportunities to improve

  • Interpret T&E compliance and leakage reports, share with clients, and work with them to develop a compliance plan

  • Implement new business, including coordination with Travel Partner Network (TPN) offices

  • Lead client onboarding, product implementation, maintenance and training

The US national base salary range for this position is from

$88,200.00 - $163,800.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
