You will serve as the Change Lead for a large, cross-functional initiative on the Global Planning, Portfolio and Change (PPC) team within AppleCare. You will be responsible for delivering change management on large, cross-functional system and process implementations while providing change management training, tools, templates, and support to our internal Project and Program Managers. In this role, you will partner with AppleCare and Apple wide project and functional teams based in the US, EMEIA, and APAC to help support the roll out of a multi-year program.

You will deliver change management on a large, cross-functional initiative. This includes conducting stakeholder analysis, performing change impact analysis, and developing comprehensive communications and training plans.","responsibilities":"Execute and deliver Apple developed methodology and templates, acting as a reference point for queries and information.
Collaborate with Apple wide stakeholders to drive action and alignment in a fast paced environment.
Maintain and update the change management framework and templates.
Provide visibility and status reporting to the project team, change management team, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or MBA.
PROSCI (or equivalent industry leader in Change Management) certification.
Ability to adapt quickly, remain flexible, and act resourcefully.
Aptitude for learning new technologies rapidly, especially related to AI tools, platforms, and process training.
Ability to build trust and foster engagement with project partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of applicable experience focused on project and change management
Applied knowledge of change management concepts (e.g., PROSCI), tools, and implementations.
Background managing projects for large scale system and process implementations.
History of collaborating across project teams, management, and internal partners.
Proficiency in negotiating, influencing, and facilitating discussions to drive project outcomes.
Skill in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
Prior work with teams from multicultural backgrounds, countries, and time zones.
Ability to organize complex projects and maintain project documentation.
