Job description

Advantest is driving a global business process engineering and digital transformation journey that is essential to achieving sustainable business growth.
The Global Change Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that these transformations are effectively adopted across the organization and that the intended business value is fully realized.
This role is accountable for the development of strategy, execution, and value realization of change management and communication across large-scale, cross-functional, and global transformation initiatives. Working closely with business, IT, and executive stakeholders, the role ensures alignment in the direction of the transformation, and drives both execution and successful adoption across the organization.

  • Develop, own and drive global change management and communication strategies end to end across cross organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives, timelines, and business objectives, and delivering measurable business value and outcomes.
  • Monitor, assess, and interpret the global impact of change on employees, proactively identifying adoption risks and driving prioritized mitigation actions, while continuously improving change effectiveness through lessons learned, data driven insights, and adoption metrics.
  • Drive global stakeholder engagement across executives, regions, and functions, defining and executing communication approaches that ensure alignment, commitment, accountability, and sustained buy in across cultures and regions.
  • Build and deploy scalable global training and enablement solutions that accelerate adoption and embed new ways of working across the organization.
  • Champion and elevate awareness of change management as a critical and essential discipline within global transformation programs.
  • International travel (approximately twice a year) may be required.
