About the role

BSI is looking for a Global Account Director to manage and grow strategic partnerships with global Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organizations.

In this role, you will lead relationships with 4 to 6 of some of the world's most complex healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations, helping them navigate regulatory requirements, quality systems, compliance frameworks, supply chain risks, and innovation challenges through BSI's global solutions.

You will act as the senior strategic partner for your accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging executive stakeholders to deliver measurable value and accelerate global growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Map Board and Executive Level priorities and hold executive level conversations to surface unconsidered needs to develop and execute global account strategies at key pharmaceutical clients.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leadership across Pharma and BioPharma organizations.

  • Orchestrate the virtual account across divisions/regions, align ABM and partner motions, manage MSA/impartiality, enable smooth commercial to operations handoff, and drive crossportfolio growth and renewals; differentiate with a clear value and build consensus across the buying group

  • Lead global account teams across multiple regions and divisions.

  • Identify new contacts and opportunities across BSI's portfolio including assurance, standards, consulting, training and regulatory services.

  • Lead with a quantified value hypothesis tied to the client's metrics (revenue, risk, cost), quantify cost of inaction, and align the business case to investment horizons, using insightled storytelling and executivelevel visuals.

  • Drive complex enterprise sales cycles within regulated healthcare environments.

  • Coordinate global account activity and strategic client engagement.

  • Deliver revenue growth while ensuring strong client satisfaction and retention.

  • Experience working with senior decision-makers in global pharmaceutical organizations.

  • Strong understanding of regulated environments, quality systems, and global compliance frameworks.
