The Performance Reporting Manager will build and lead a team to manage all performance reporting responsibilities across Meeder’s core business lines: Meeder Wealth Management, Meeder Public Funds, and Advisor Consulting. This includes internal reporting, external reporting, managing annual GIPS verification, and ensuring ongoing GIPS compliance. The ideal candidate will be located in the Columbus, Ohio area, but we are open to candidates from across the United States who are interested in working remotely.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a dedicated performance reporting team.
  • Oversee monthly review and validation of performance figures for all investment strategies.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance data to Meeder’s Marketing Department for all marketing collateral.
  • Lead annual GIPS verification process, conduct monthly composite reviews, and ensure ongoing compliance with GIPS 2020 Standards.
  • Liaise among Meeder business leaders, internal compliance, and third-party GIPS verification team.
  • Act as subject matter expert for performance measurement and GIPS compliance on strategic projects.

  • At least 1-3 years of experience with GIPS compliance and annual verification.
  • At least 1-3 years of leadership experience.
