Mission of the Position
The Client Service Associate supports the Client Advisor team with day-to-day client needs and requests.
Top Accountabilities
  • Works with the advisor and analyst to prioritize and execute all client related tasks and requests.
  • Populates and processes documentation for client onboarding, investments, and other account maintenance.
  • Tracks, enters, and reconciles investment activity across our proprietary database, various custodians, and our reporting provider through monitoring daily activity reports.
  • Interacts with third party service providers (i.e. outside custodians, reporting providers, and other advisors).
  • Maintains client confidentiality and assists in identifying potentially fraudulent activity.

Other Duties & Responsibilities
  • Acts as a liaison with tax professionals during tax season.
  • Initiates and executes all money movements for investments and client liquidity needs.
  • Interfaces with money managers regarding investment activity and administration for KYC and AML requests.

Key Criteria/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0 - 3 years of working experience.
  • Experience with programs including DocuSign; Adobe (PDF) Writer; Salesforce; Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Planner, and Word.
