CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Specialist - Willoughby, OH

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR

Permanent Position with Benefits

Seeking a skilled CNC programmer with experience in precision turning, milling, and process development. Ideal candidates know GibbsCAM, Autodesk Inventor, and GD&T, and have strong inspection and quality-planning skills. Gear manufacturing experience is a plus.

Key Duties:

  • Create/optimize CNC programs
  • Design tooling/fixtures
  • Prepare clear process drawings with GD&T
  • Plan machining sequences (turning, milling, VTL)
  • Support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in GibbsCAM & Autodesk Inventor
  • Strong GD&T and inspection knowledge
  • Experience with turning, milling, VTL; macro programming a plus
  • Quality planning background; gear manufacturing preferred
  • Candidates must have solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
