Job description CNC Machine Shop Supervisor (Mazak / GibbsCAM) 1st Shift Only – 10-Hour Days – Hands-On Role $32–$38/hr (Based on Experience) About the Role: We’re a clean, well-maintained machine shop running new Mazak equipment with Smooth G controls, and we’re looking for a hands-on CNC Supervisor who can lead from the floor. This is not a desk job—you’ll be actively involved in setup, programming (GibbsCAM), and running jobs while leading a small team. Your experience will directly influence how the shop operates, improves processes, and gets work done.
