Position

General Manager


We're seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at two new premier clubhouse properties in the Jacksonville and Tampa areas. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing F&B operations in a private club, HOA F&B, or upscale hospitality setting, with strong hands-on leadership, budgeting, and member/resident relations skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of General Manager experience in private clubs, HOA F&B, or upscale restaurant management
  • Strong financial and P&L management skills
  • Excellent leadership and staff development abilities
  • Outstanding guest service and employee training orientation
  • Experience with Restaurant365 is a plus
