Job Description

The general maintenance engineer is expected to perform semiskilled plumbing, maintenance and repair duties for the property.ย They will be responsible for ensuring that the rooms and property are maintained in the best possible condition, with the least inconvenience to guests.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Trade school or college course work in related field helpful.ย 
  • At least one year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.ย 
  • High school diploma preferred.ย 
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred but not necessary.
