Job description

Home From College (H\FC) is redefining how brands connect with the next generation of talent and consumers. With over 500,000 Gen Z students across every major U.S. campus and 1,000+ brand partners including Uber, Poppi and Etsy, we’re building the leading platform where students turn creativity into opportunity - and where brands authentically show up on campus and online.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Coordinator to support brand partnerships, creator campaigns, and ambassador programs. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about influencer marketing, community-building, student engagement, and Gen Z culture. The Account Coordinator will assist in campaign execution, ambassador operations, creator communication, reporting, and internal project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution of ambassador programs and creator partnerships

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and reporting across campaigns

  • Assist with sourcing, onboarding, and communication for creators and student ambassadors

  • Track campaign performance metrics and help compile client reports

  • Maintain organized project trackers, briefs, and internal documentation

  • Manage ambassador logistics including programming, communications, and engagement initiatives

  • Monitor social content and ambassador deliverables for quality and brand alignment

  • Stay informed on Gen Z trends, campus culture, creators, and social platforms

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, community, ambassador programs, media, or account management

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and creator ecosystems

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or project management platforms

  • Passion for Gen Z culture, campus communities, creators, and brand storytelling

Preferred Traits

  • Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Self-starter who thrives in startup environments

  • Interested in growing into client-facing responsibilities
