Job description

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Account Executive - Influencer Marketing to join our Partnerships team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying brand opportunities and selling influencer-led solutions, spanning creator campaigns, talent seeding, social activations, and branded integrations. You'll help brands navigate and activate within K-pop, Korean culture, and Gen Z communities through talent-driven content and high-impact storytelling.
What You'll Do
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and pursue new brand and agency opportunities seeking influencer marketing or creator-driven campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing consultative solutions rooted in cultural fluency and talent insights.
  • Influencer Campaign Sales: Pitch customized creator marketing programs including product seeding, sponsored content, paid social, and ambassador strategies.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Articulate DIVE's unique access to talent and Gen Z audiences through compelling pitch materials, data, and case studies.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with DIVE's creative, production, and talent teams to ideate and execute campaign programs.
  • Sales Goals & Reporting: Meet revenue goals, track pipeline performance, and provide insights on market trends and campaign success.
  • Proposal & Contracting: Own end-to-end sales process, from scoping proposals to negotiating terms and closing deals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or digital media sales, preferably with an agency, publisher, or talent platform.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of the influencer ecosystem, social trends, creator economy, and K-pop/Korean culture landscape.
