About the role
You'll serve as both an Organic Social Media Manager and a hands-on content creator, owning organic social execution across multiple client accounts while leading native content capture for a Phoenix-based client that requires in-market, on-site social content. You'll create platform-native short-form content featuring builders, real estate agents, new homebuyers, and leadership, translating real-world moments into engaging, culturally relevant social storytelling.
You'll manage content calendars, write and publish posts, and ensure consistent, on-brand execution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn while maintaining strong alignment with client goals and campaign priorities. You'll proactively identify trends, formats, and storytelling styles that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences and rapidly translate them into content that feels organic rather than overly produced.
You'll also monitor performance, surface insights, and optimize content strategy based on engagement trends and audience behavior. As a visible, client-facing role, you'll collaborate directly with stakeholders during on-site content capture while partnering with remote strategists, creatives, and account teams to ensure cohesive execution and reporting.
Over time, you may also support local creator sourcing, UGC identification, and lightweight influencer coordination to enhance organic and hybrid social programs.

Editing and turning around content quickly for timely publishing
Content Planning & Publishing
Managing and updating multiple client content calendars simultaneously
Writing captions and crafting posts tailored to platform and brand voice
Scheduling, QA'ing, and publishing content across social platforms and scheduling tools
Repurposing existing assets into platform-native formats (Reels, TikToks, carousels, etc.)
Trend Mining & Proactive Ideation
Monitoring TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms daily for trends
Bringing proactive content ideas and reactive opportunities to internal teams
Identifying culturally relevant moments that align with brand positioning
Leveraging social listening tools to identify opportunities for client engagement
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Reviewing platform analytics and identifying high- and low-performing content
Pulling insights for weekly and monthly reporting
Iterating on formats, hooks, cadence, and messaging based on performance data
Leading quarterly planning sessions to ensure brand alignment
Client & Internal Collaboration

What You Bring
Content Creation & Production Skills
2-5 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation
