Senior Business Management Analyst & Planning Lead
Description -
You will be part of the team managing WW PS category business planning, business management process and business insight and analysis. You will lead on BMS Planning, including weekly MOR, Game Plan cadences. You will create and consolidate weekly PS BOR content/analysis and lead some cross functional business projects or analysis. You will act as a key advisor to Business Management team in influencing the strategic direction of the business. You will contribute to drive right business discussions with right content during BMS reviews with strong business acumen. You will prepare some business presentations shared afterwards with top HP executives. You will interact with a large number of teams (Markets category, Business Management, Finance, GBU, Product Management, Supply chain, Marketing, Alliances, ...) and you will drive and coordinate teams work to meet the timelines and expected deliverables.
Responsibilities
  • Manage complex data and business analysis and support executive reviews by preparing business narratives, presentations, and performance summaries.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, scorecards, and executive dashboards to monitor business performance against strategic objectives.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through financial, operational, and market analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, PMO, and Operations to align planning assumptions and business priorities.
  • Drive data quality and governance initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency of planning inputs and outputs.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and business trends, providing proactive recommendations to leadership.
  • Enhance and automate planning processes using tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platforms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing strategic and operational support for key decision-making.
  • Works closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports.
  • Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

Education & Experience Recommended
  • Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • 10+ of experience in business planning, analytics, finance, strategy, sales operations, or related functions.

  • Fluent in English
  • Technical and data manipulation skills Ability to leverage new analytical way to develop creative approaches to business analysis, Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyse business problems using Excel, statistical analysis, and financial modelling
  • Business and Financial Acumen' Strong business and financial acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations. Understands the portfolio aspect of HP's products/services and how the businesses work together.
  • Execution Management' Collaborates effectively with HP BUs and value chain partners to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges, and alignment with business imperatives
