Garden Catering, known for its delicious chicken nuggets, is looking for a highly skilled and friendly Cashier Server- Food Service/Restaurant to join our team. If you are looking for your first host/server job in a restaurant, consider starting your food service career here. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. If you are motivated, dynamic, and love interacting with people, this is the perfect role for you!


Cashier Server- Food Service/Restaurant Responsibilities:

  • Greet every customer who enters the restaurant or calls on the phone with a smile and warm greeting
  • Take their order and enter it into the Point of Sale system
  • Answer customer questions, suggestively upsell menu items, and address concerns with kindness
  • Count and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
  • Pack the order once it is prepared by the kitchen with all sauces, drinks, and sides
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a great customer experience every time.

Cashier Server- Food Service/Restaurant Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to speak, write, and read English fluently.
  • Previous customer service experience in restaurants is a plus
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions diligently
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
