Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Institutional FX Sales, Executive Director to join our Institutional Sales team within the Global Markets division in the Corporate Investment Banking . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FX markets and derivative products, a strong institutional client network, and a proven track record of growing an FX franchise.
This role will focus on institutional client coverage related to the hedge funds client segment, with an emphasis on options and broader derivative solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong product expertise, excellent client relationship skills, and an operationally minded approach to delivering solutions and supporting franchise growth.
Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with institutional clients across the region.
  • Demonstrate a very strong understanding of FX Options and the associated risks.
  • Provide clients with timely and insightful market updates, trade ideas, and macroeconomic commentary to expand the FX franchise in the region.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging cross-selling opportunities within the Bank.
  • Collaborate with trading desks on hedging solutions.
  • Partner closely with Trading, Desk Strategists, and other Sales teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Support an efficient and well-coordinated sales process through a strong operational mindset.
  • Ensure full adherence to internal policies, compliance and risk requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience required.
  • 10+ years of FX Sales experience within a financial institution, with a focus on institutional clients, required.
  • Deep knowledge of FX products, including spot, forwards, NDFs, swaps, and options.
  • Strong client network and demonstrated ability to originate and manage institutional FX flows.
  • Experience covering institutional clients, including hedge funds, strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of macroeconomics and financial markets.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and meet performance targets in a competitive and challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong compliance mindset and understanding of global regulatory requirements.
  • Strong derivative product expertise and an operationally focused approach to client coverage and execution.
