Location: Manchester, CT
Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hour DOE

Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

We are seeking reliable Heat Treat Furnace Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Manchester, CT. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or production experience who enjoys hands-on work, operating industrial equipment, and following detailed processes to ensure quality results.


The Heat Treat Furnace Operator will be responsible for operating furnace equipment, monitoring production processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and monitor industrial heat treat furnaces
  • Load and unload parts/materials following established procedures
  • Monitor furnace temperatures and maintain accurate production records
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Inspect materials and ensure production requirements are met
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or heat treat experience preferred
