Role Overviewย 

We'reย looking for a process and execution-minded Project Manager to support our Marketing organization. This role brings clarity, structure, and momentum to marketing work by translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with excellence.ย 

This Project Manager is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves collaborating with teams, and brings order to complex, cross-functional initiatives.ย You'reย someone who naturally builds structure, spots gaps, and helps teams move work forward more effectively.ย 

What You'll Doย 

  • Own end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives, from intake through deliveryย 

  • Translate high-level strategies into clear execution plans with defined timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownershipย 

  • Partner exceptionally well cross-functionally, collaborating with teams across Marketing and the broader organizationย 

  • Lead project kickoffs, run weekly status updates, and keep stakeholders aligned and informedย 

  • Proactivelyย identifyย risks and blockers, propose solutions, andย maintainย momentum across projectsย 

  • Support campaign launches and key initiatives with strong operational executionย 

  • Maintain strong, consistent use of tools like Asana andย Airtableย to ensure visibility, accountability, and alignmentย ย 

  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, workflows, and playbooks to increase efficiency, clarity, and team velocityย 

ย 

What We're Looking Forย 

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a related roleย 

  • Process- and operationally minded; enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and creating scalable systemsย 

  • A strong collaborator and team player who thrives in highly cross-functional environments and understands how decisions impact multiple teamsย 

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversightย 

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-moving workย 

  • Clear, concise, and solutions-oriented communicatorย 

  • Highly self-directed withย a strong senseย of ownership and follow-throughย 

  • Experience using Asana andย Airtableย or similar project management toolsย 

  • Bonus: experience in high-growth or in-house marketing environmentsย
