Job Summary:
ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within a Capital Markets environment, managing complex, cross-functional projects across trading, risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams.
Responsibilities:

• driving initiatives from planning through execution while aligning business and technology objectives
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of Project Management experience within Financial Services, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or related environments
• Strong understanding of capital markets products, trading operations, and trade lifecycle processes
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Experience with regulatory, compliance, risk management, or reporting initiatives
• Background supporting system implementations, platform migrations, process automation, or technology transformation projects
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration, and deployment activities
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
• Experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
Preferred:
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related Project Management certifications
• Experience supporting Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange (FX), Derivatives, or other Capital Markets products
• Knowledge of financial industry regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience with trading platforms, risk systems, post-trade systems, or regulatory reporting technologies
• MBA or other advanced degree
• Strong change management and organizational transformation experience
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
