Projects can range from approximately $10M to $200M and include water/wastewater treatment facilities, structural concrete, excavation, site development, river diversions, and other major civil infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of civil construction project management experience and a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from planning through successful completion.

Project Types

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:

  • Water and wastewater treatment plants
  • Heavy civil construction
  • Excavation and site development
  • Structural concrete
  • Concrete tanks and treatment structures
  • River and stream diversions
  • Bridges and dams
  • Roadway and infrastructure improvements
  • Infrastructure rehabilitation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Maintain overall responsibility for project schedule, budget, safety, quality, and financial performance
  • Oversee projects ranging from approximately $10M to $200M

  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, and design clarifications
  • Manage change orders, progress billings, pay applications, and change management
  • Identify schedule, cost, and constructability risks before they impact the project
  • Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions between operations, design teams, and ownership
  • Maintain strong project documentation and progress reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company safety and quality-control standards
  • Support project teams directly when complex execution challenges arise
  • Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, turnover, and final project completion
  • Develop project personnel and help strengthen the overall operations team

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Civil Construction Project Management experience
  • Proven experience managing large and technically complex civil construction projects
  • Experience with projects ranging from approximately $10M–$200M
  • Strong understanding of heavy civil construction means, methods, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls
