Job description

JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating technology initiatives across software development, ERP, infrastructure, and operational improvement efforts. The IT Project Manager works closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned, organized, and progressing effectively. The role focuses on driving clarity, structure, accountability, and execution across multiple projects while managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional communication.
This position also plays a key role in maturing project delivery practices and establishing scalable processes that improve visibility, collaboration, consistency, and execution as the organization grows. Success in the role requires adaptability, strong relationship management, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain momentum in fast-moving environments where priorities may shift quickly
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead enterprise technology initiatives across software development, ERP systems, infrastructure, and digital platforms from planning through execution
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and delivery strategies across multiple workstreams
  • Drive alignment between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Provide leadership visibility through concise project reporting, risk management, delivery tracking, and clear communication of impacts, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
  • Support portfolio planning, prioritization, roadmap coordination, and cross-team dependency management across enterprise technology initiatives.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with teams across IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to support collaboration and execution
  • Facilitate discussions that drive decision-making, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders
  • Drive alignment and resolution across competing priorities, operational challenges, and evolving business needs.

Execution & Operational Improvement
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing priorities, risks, resource constraints, and dependencies
  • Adapt delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments based on project and business needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, team coordination, and operational efficiency
  • Drive organizational initiatives focused on delivery maturity, process improvement, and scalable execution practices
  • Implement project delivery metrics and reporting to drive process improvements, improve visibility, and support informed operational and technology investment decisions

Risk & Change Leadership
  • Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
  • Support organizational change efforts, user adoption, and transition planning throughout project lifecycles
  • Escalate risks, blockers, and decision points appropriately to maintain delivery momentum
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support delivery alignment, timelines, issue resolution, and implementation activities

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience leading IT or technology-focused projects in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build relationships, influence teams, and drive initiatives forward in evolving environments
  • Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives such as software development, ERP, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
