What does a IT Project Manager do at Swire Coca - Cola?
As a Project Manager in our IT organization, you will be pivotal in the delivery of projects and ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards in deployed solutions and track exceptions for follow-up. You will manage and coordinate multiple competing cross-functional IT projects/programs simultaneously, gather and analyze requirements, set priorities, define project schedules, oversee project resources (both internal and external) and facilitate sprint planning (where applicable). In addition, build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, key stakeholders, including IT managers, vendors, and act as a trusted advisor to clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability, both inside and outside of the IT department.
Responsibilities

  • Lead system implementation projects for enterprise software, databases, infrastructure, network, and business applications
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timeline, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams including IT staff, business users, and external vendors
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide status updates to executive leadership
  • Ensure all projects comply with security protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards
  • Oversee testing phases, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement process and IT operation initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
