Job Description: As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll administration and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing, a strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of payroll best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, including salary, benefits, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to payroll, including tax withholding, direct deposit information, and personal details.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data transfer and reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries to management as required.
  • Stay updated on payroll industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:
