We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to oversee accurate and timely payroll operations in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role supports end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states while helping maintain compliance with wage, tax, and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll system knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.


Responsibilities:

• Process complete payroll cycles for employees across multiple states, ensuring pay is delivered accurately and on schedule.

• Review timekeeping, earnings, deductions, and tax data to identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll is finalized.

• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation in alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

• Administer payroll activities, balancing efficiency with a high level of accuracy.

• Use ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll transactions, reporting, and employee data updates.

• Respond to payroll-related questions from employees and internal stakeholders with clear, timely communication.

• Partner with HR, finance, and other teams to support employee changes, audits, and payroll reconciliations.

• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and apply updates as needed to payroll processing.
