What You'll Do:
  • Plan and develop customer turf and ornamental plans, including fertilizer, seed, disease, pest, and water management program portfolios
  • Responsible to the Turf & Ornamental Sales Manager
  • Expand customer's trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice
  • Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans
  • Recognize and communicate company finance programs when applicable
  • Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans
  • Make safety a daily priority
  • Other duties as required

What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years' experience in Turf, Ornamental, Plant Health Care, Chemicals and Fertilizer
  • 2 or 4 year degree in related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Turf and Ornamental or a combination of education and work experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work additional hours to meet business demands
  • Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role in North Brunswick, NJ, is between $90,000 - $130,000/annually. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions. Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid vacation, sick days and holidays as well as paid personal and maternity/parental leaves and an Employee and Family Assistance Program.
