Description
Murphy's Naturals is seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Associate to support day-to-day technology operations across the organization.
This role is primarily focused on IT support, troubleshooting, equipment management, and maintaining system reliability for our team. You will be the first line of support for technical issues and a key partner in ensuring employees have the tools they need to work effectively.
While this role includes exposure to systems improvement and light automation, the core responsibility is keeping our people and technology running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to IT requests and provide first-level support to team members
  • Assist with equipment setup and management (computers, cameras, etc.)
  • Help troubleshoot basic network and hardware issues
  • Manage phishing campaigns and cybersecurity statuses/policies
  • Organize and maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements
  • Develop automations and scripts in NetSuite and other systems
  • Test and provide regular updates to machines, servers, and equipment

Education & Experience
Qualifications
  • Experience Level: Associate; 0-2 years related experience
  • Experience with Certified B Corporations or sustainability programs is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with languages and formats such as Javascript, HTML, SQL, JSON, and Liquid
  • General understanding of networking, VPN and firewall configurations, API requests, and data entry
