Job description

Enhance the competencies of individual employees by conducting training programs that boost employee's workplace performance in alliance with our core values. Deliver curriculum and learning materials and manages all phases of training interventions.
You will report to a Senior Manager in Talent Development.
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ 85034.

Position Compensation Range:
$62,000.00 - $103,000.00
Pay Rate Type:
Salary
Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops or oversees the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
  • Directs structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
  • Acclimates new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Delivers training courses.
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
  • Periodically evaluates ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
  • Stays abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the insurance domain--ideally with training experience.
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing delivery of training through vendors.
  • Demonstrated verbal, written and social media communication skills which support culture and strategy.
  • Solid knowledge of instructional design models and assessment methods.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering curricula for all different learning environments (asynchronous and synchronous).
  • Participates as necessary in consultation, development, and delivery of learning solutions.
  • Travel Requirements - up to 25%.
